Reporting:<\/strong> Coordinating the end of year financial close process, preparing distribution calculations and retained earnings analysis for review and approval by directors and shareholders in accordance with applicable governance requirements.uting profits in accordance with board minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Audit Management:<\/strong> Managing the audit process for each investment structure, including appointing auditors, preparing financial information and consolidated accounts, and liaising with external auditors through to sign-off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Taxation &amp;
