Imran Ellahi is the Chief Investment Officer and Founder of HEC Investment Management, with over 17 years’ experience in real estate investment and asset management. Before HEC, he was responsible for the investment and asset management of a USD 6 billion real-estate portfolio spanning London, Tokyo, Singapore and Hong Kong for a large single family office.
Over the past decade he has led major transactions worldwide, including acquisitions and disposals exceeding USD 5 billion and more than USD 7 billion of debt financing. He brings deep expertise in real estate asset and property management, particularly across London’s core West End and Tokyo, and is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) holding a BSc in Real Estate.
At HEC, Imran works with investors to identify and structure carefully selected, often off-market real-estate opportunities that combine durable annuity income with value add potential, each with a defined financing, asset-management and divestment strategy. Alongside his team, he provides bespoke advisory across real-estate asset management, debt financing, and property acquisition and disposal.
