Our experience spans commercial, industrial, data centre and mixed-use assets across multiple investment cycles, giving us a grounded view of entry / exit, risk, timing and return potential.
Our Capabilities
Acquisition & Origination: Through our global network and on-the-ground presence across key markets, we identify and assess acquisition opportunities on behalf of the funds and mandates we support. We apply rigorous due diligence, market analysis and financial modelling to each opportunity before it is presented for consideration.
Transaction Execution: We provide operational support across the full transaction lifecycle from initial structuring analysis and counterparty negotiation through to documentation management and closing. Our experience navigating complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions provides clarity and discipline at each stage.
Asset Repositioning: We develop and implement bespoke business plans for assets under management, targeting income optimisation and value enhancement through leasing strategy, capital expenditure planning, and operational improvement.
Capital Structure Analysis: We provide analysis and support on the capital structure of assets within our managed portfolios, including assessment of financing terms, covenant compliance and refinancing timing. This work is conducted in support of the fund management activities of the licensed managers with whom HEC works.
